@freeze: Heeyyy, it was just a purely hypothetical situation, I didn't mean to call myself gross and moldy, I was just pointing out a flaw in MS's logic.

Is it a Steel-and-logic robot or a Ridiculously Human Robot (Like Quote and Curly)
I wouldn't if it was the former. But as a plus if it fell into the latter category, I'd be able to change my appearance at will.

Yes, and some people also like eating metal, so a robot made of moldy cheese isn't really more likely to be eaten than a normal robot.

I would never want to be a robot for one reason: they have no feelings about right and wrong or anything like that.

Except metal has the distinct advantage of being inedible in its normal form.

But Humans can't either. The only reason it takes so little time in the game is because if it didn't there wouldn't be much point in the air tank.

Look at Quote and Curly. They do what they want.
And half-robot people in Ghost in the Shell can pretty much do anything they normally would, except they live longer, don't eat, and are a hell of a lot more athletic. :/

If it was becoming just like, a robot, you wouldn't really become anything. Robots are just metal. You'd just get torn up and a robot would be made to look like you. Now if you became a cyborg or something, that would be different. Not much different, but a bit different.

Who would want any of these things?
