To change "Studio Pixel presents", just change the caption of the title map (map 72). Then use <MNA when the game starts.

To remove Studio Pixel from the title screen, you need to download Resource Hacker. Backup your mod first before doing anything.
Open your exe in Resource hacker and then you can replace the bitmap Studio Pixel image with a different one.

What is the script with Kazuma when you star a new game ?
It's not Start.tsc, Start.tsc is just "From somewhere, a transmission."

Check in Start.tsc for event 100.
There's a <TRA that takes you to the map you seek.

Thanks DragonBoots, that worked perfectly !

EDIT : Huh, after editing the map "Pixel" a couple of times the "Wife bor child" script replaced my Start script, and that even if I replace the edited "pixel" map with the original !

Hmmm... Did you change the starting map or the starting event by accident?

You have to use <CNP to change it to an open chest.

And btw your English is fine. I'd have no idea that it's not your main language if you hadn't said so in your sig. There are no mistakes that couldn't be explained by "this is the Internet; nobody uses correct English" :mad:.

I prefer to mention that for not wasting time on stupid mistakes.
But back to what this forum is for (Cave Story hacking), after long search on the command <CNP I made it to work on my frist try, thanks, I begin to like scripting.

Edit : AND HERE WE GO AGAIN, it's like I'm the only one to post in this topic.
Here I have two questions. (wow)
1. What is the event value for the missile's ammo upgrade, you know when it's add 5 missiles, I tried copying the code from the chest with the Missile Launcher but that says it is empty.
2. How do I change a the music of a map ? I want to change Mimiga's Village for Quiet.

1. I'm not sure what you mean by "event value" but to add ammo to the missile launcher, use <AM+ (I think; it's been a while since I've done TSC).

2. <CMUxxxx where xxxx is the song number. You'll have to do this to ALL of the map's "entry events" (by default in Cave Story it's all the #009x events). There will probably be a <CMU there already, but you just have to change the number after it to the one you want.
