The "C" in "college" is for "crippling debt".

Alright, so I have been having this problem lately with map sets suddenly registering as entirely Type 00- all of the tiles, for whatever reason, magically turn into Type 00. I've tried gutting the mod by replacing all of the original map files while trying to preserve the TSC, but none of it works. This error has happened twice now. What do I do to fix it? I don't have an example of this issue, but it results in maps become glitchy and sometimes sprites fall right through what SHOULD be the floor of the map. If you look at tile types in Booster's Lab, even the tiles that are normally type 40 and 41 register as 00.

I think this may have something to do with duplicating and creating new maps in Booster's Lab, as in both cases of this error, it was after duplicating/creating a new map. But that shouldn't be an issue, right?

Does the command "<MP+" actually do anything?
Could I use it for a custom command and not break the game?

The default is 0016. I never quite got what that meant by 'normally', does CS even use anything else?

Nope, Pixel only used powers of two for the focus commands within the vanilla game.

I mean anything other than 0016. Some different speeds might be used for cutscenes, but it's always reset to that for gameplay sections.

How do you disable exp loss? I want to be able to make my weapons able to be upgraded, but I want them to not be able to lose them.

unless you plan to use all the weapons, you could just switch out weapons for stronger ones and use Randolf's weapon hacks for what bullets you want.

i thought <MP+ was used during the credits?
nonetheless i think you could use it for a custom command should you delete all original instances of it from your .exe

Okay thank you.
I didn't mean to double post... I'm just glad the forums system put the second post in the same post. My stupid internet service made it happen.

There's a description of what <MP+ does here.
Oh... Like Metroid! That sounds useful. I might just replace something else...

You should still be able to do the same thing with regular flags, albeit not quite as easily.

I feel like that thread should be stickied solely should questions like Knuckles' appear again
and plus it could be a big help to everyone who needs it
