Well you won't be able to trigger a door I know because running events block interaction with things
but, if you do a small hack to remove that "feature" then I guess it might go better

Hm, that still doesn't explain why the H/V trigger I set up doesn't work. I'll try the hack if there isn't a better solution that you can think of. Just direct me to it if you think so.

Hm, it seems like I was confused - all I found was one to remove loss of invul. on event trigger. Which still would be useful.

But, I'm pretty sure that you should be getting event triggers with an H/V - that's why I made this hack in the first place, to avoid an "instant death" scenario on contacting anything.

I've looked through some code and I can't see anything that should stop those events from being run. I know that Lace and I used constant events with the Pyramid minimod but those werent' endless loop, rather they just got re-triggered constantly.

The reason is I need 2x resolution graphics for my new mod and once I turn it into 2x it is a .PBM

You go into Cave Editor and click 'Game Settings' and change the 'Image File Extension' from .pbm to .bmp and then remove the (C) Pixel Requirement. Then go into your image editor of choice and enlarge the image. Also, the only way you could use double resolution sprites is if you got the hack from Noxid or made the mod for CS+.

1.just right click on the file, and change the ".pbm" to ".bmp"
(or if you mean change all pbms to bmp did what pixelvortex said)
2.if you steal a mod with 2x res, mod it, and then release it, noxid will get angry.

Hello,
I'm new here. I am playing HaydenStudio's 4 Ending mod. I want to change my save file, because I stupidly chose the Machine Gun, but I want the Spur. I replaced the Machine Gun with the Spur, but now the Spur has limited ammo. I've been trying for over an hour. Can anybody help me make the Spur have unlimited ammo? I'm on a Mac, BTW. Download the Windows and Mac save converter, convert your save file to a windows save, use Save Editor (you'll need alleg42.dll) to fully customize your save file, and then convert your save file back into a mac save.

EDIT: Guys, sorry for double post, but I'm having trouble trying to use the save convertor. It says the prefs file has not been found. Help?

To get your mod in a double resolution you would have to be given the hack by Noxid and GIR, this however is highly unlikely. The other option is making your mod for CS+ instead, but if you are talking about only making the character larger in size then you would have to do some ASM hacking.

To my knowledge GIR's and Nox's 2x res hacks are different from each other, it's not like it was a 2-person project or anything.

Also if you just wanted the mychar 2x ressed you could mod CS+, put in your mychar and just upscale the other vanilla files, although it would take a bit of work.
