The Anime series to Utawarerumono is awesome. The Visual Novel/Strategy games to Utawarerumono are awesome. AND it's translated into english, BUT .... There are a couple of H-scenes in the translated PC game and currently there is no "disable H-Scenes" option
The game is very well made too, and I know you'd love it! In my review of Utawarerumono I compared it to an aspiring legend like Xenogears... But, until there's a patch to disable the few short H-scenes that they put in the game [or better yet, a patch to replace them with the All-ages PS2 scenes], I cannot/do not recommend it unless you are old enough

Well... don't do anything you don't want to do, or could get you in trouble.
The facts are... there are 9 H-scenes in Utawarerumono, each are very short, and in most cases not really important to the story. [so like 1% or less of the game are these 18+ scenes]
Actually, if you get the PS2 Utawarerumono DVD or the voice files you need from it somewhere... The game should be voiced except for a few areas... like when you are about to enter a H-Scene, because the voices are from the PS2 game... [which of course didn't have those scenes.!] You could use that as a warning and just skip through that scene holding down the ctrl button, till you hear voices again.

Up to you if you want to install it, I got it because it allowed me to crank up the resolution setting [but now it actually has slowdowns, because it's so demanding...]

I made it to lvl 4 on hard, it's pretty cool, on hard you get items to unlock. Now my sword looks black, very nice :cool:

I find the game lots of fun, but extremely annoying at times... [lvl 3, hands were TIRED, the level was HUGE, I was running in CIRCLES, I was in PAIN..... AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH... lol lots of nasty language was happening... but I finally beat it lol]

EDIT: I found an awesome new game... sadly it's not quite as cool as it should be since I can't read or understand what they are saying... lol but it's very simple and fun lol Very professional, so much so that it's fun to just watch and listen lol

I split types animation as toons, anime and animation series.

Cartoons = Random humour. Like T&J. And Garfield (toon, not comic)
Animation Series = Seriousness (Captain Planet, Swat Kats) or non-random humour (Scooby-Doo) that are not based in Japan
Anime = All animation made in Japan.
