• Hey everyone happy Christmas Eve we're aware of what's happened with the source code so to keep this simple absolutely don't post it on the site or use it to make mods with (it's not particularly preferable toward this end anyway) and tread lightly in general until we see how this settles, thanks to all and have a great holiday season -DT

I liked DBZ :) But then again I only watched a quarter of a season lol [Freiza vs Goku]
That was my favorite part~ After that it went into some crazy arcs. Which was fun as well :p But, ... it is missing a really nice story :D It's just dramatic battles and comedy I think.

BTW A WASP or something just went DBZ ON MY FACE
... ow :( Luckily I'm bigger than he is...
DBZ sucks coz it got 0 romance, 0 character development and all the action has no point to it coz all the guys who die are always revived :/. It can be fun to watch, but doesn't really match up to anime standards.

Eh, I don't have a link. But I suppose telling you the titles aren't against the rules.

Fate/Stay Night

and

Shuffle! (The exclamation mark is a part of the title)

I think Soul Link is also a Visual Novel, but hey, I only played Shuffle!.

I think there are sequels to Fate/Stay Night.

Go ahead and watch the anime if you'd like, Shuffle! has a 1 second scene of female nipples in episode 9. There is also another nudity scene in another episode. Soul Link and Fate/Stay Night has no nudity though.

Fate/stay night is an awesome anime/Visual Novel :
http://www.gametrailers.com/player/usermovies/73065.html - Anime opening
http://www.gametrailers.com/player/usermovies/20377.html - PC Game opening 1/3
http://www.gametrailers.com/player/usermovies/59974.html - PS2 Game opening 1/3
(I think I like gametrailers.com for anime/game videos now, since it has better quality; but just make sure you disable the "continuous play" checkmark, or you'll end up watching all sorts of weird videos.)

The music and the sleek animation is what attracted me initially to F/sn...
The anime is great. I managed to snatch it up before it went out of print, since Geneon stopped selling anime in the US.... Cost a pretty penny though :( (about 180$)

The Visual Novel is excellent. However... It costs a pretty penny as well ;p Especially if you want to add voices you have to buy the PS2 version as well as the DVD version. (about 125$?)
BUT the Visual Novel isn't translated completely yet! AND the remove H option isn't finished either (I'm pretty sure they are doing this from what I read)...

If you're interested I can upload the demo of Fate/stay night in english, or you can get it here : http://www.insani.org/fate.html
Look under the Known Issues part to see how to make it run...

It was that demo that made me really interested in this game/anime..!

Then there's Tsukihime ...
http://www.gametrailers.com/player/usermovies/21626.html - Anime opening
http://www.gametrailers.com/player/usermovies/20855.html - PC game opening
It's a pretty good anime, and an excellent Visual Novel. This one is pretty dark though I think... You may as well download this one from some unnamed source since the game itself costs like 400$+ or something crazy lol [it's out of print...]
There's an english patch for the game AND a remove H option. Everyone says this one has a great story. You should probably watch the anime first though, since many people who played the game say the anime sucks compared to the game, even though the anime is pretty good.

And finally there's Utawarerumono!
... gametrailers.com sucks suddenly :p It doesn't have any videos for Uta!
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XhZrgFAZkW0 - Anime opening
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OPc8f1fBIHw - PC Game opening
http://youtube.com/watch?v=kzMCnHFIHdc - PS2 Opening

The Anime series to Utawarerumono is awesome. The Visual Novel/Strategy games to Utawarerumono are awesome. AND it's translated into english, BUT .... There are a couple of H-scenes in the translated PC game and currently there is no "disable H-Scenes" option :(
The game is very well made too, and I know you'd love it! In my review of Utawarerumono I compared it to an aspiring legend like Xenogears... But, until there's a patch to disable the few short H-scenes that they put in the game [or better yet, a patch to replace them with the All-ages PS2 scenes], I cannot/do not recommend it unless you are old enough

...
In summary these are excellent anime titles in this order :
Utawarerumono being the best, Fate/stay night being great, and Tsukihime being good; I say check out these anime right away. [probably have em on youtube or a better place to download] (but I bought them instead ;p)

As for Visual Novels, they are all superior and amazing, but... the only one I can recommend is Tsukihime, as long as you use "disable H-scenes" option, keep in mind it's a dark setting but referred to like a celebrated book.
When you are old enough/or they make a patch, I highly recommend the Utawarerumono game... [ it has nothing to do with the fact that I helped with the project and X-Calibar is in the credits ;) ] but, just like the anime it further opens up a great alternative universe.

Car or anime??? Car or anime???? ANIME!
...
Tsukihime is the only game that might be pretty small [only 180 megs on my computer..!] Utawarerumono and Fate/stay night are over a gig [excluding voices]

But, really I've just been telling you about these games cause I love em  If you want me to find a game or anime personally For you, I can try to guess what you'd like and find something maybe lol [that is small in size as well...]

Hm...... let's see... Okie :p You might like this site :(
*starts downloading*

EDIT: There are a lot of just okay games... and some real fun ones..!
I'm looking through some of these now : http://www.doujinstyle.com/index.php

If you've seen/played Utawarerumono :
http://www.doujinstyle.com/doujinsoft/utawarerumonobattle.php

If you've seen Read or Die TV
http://www.doujinstyle.com/doujinsoft/elepaperaction.php

Here's some action game... It's insanely irritating, make sure to bind the keys
http://www.doujinstyle.com/doujinsoft/crescentpalemist.php
These games are like 300 megs each though! argh... looking for smaller ones...

Professor Oak?
also: CLICK THIS! IT ISN'T PORN!
It was hard for me to hear your comments in your video... Soooo! that's what the Pokemon games look like :D Never played them personally... Go AGwaK!?

@Bunny Girl Must Die - I remember when that was mentioned a while back, but it wasn't me who discovered that game... Can't remember who...

I've had a chance to play in depth several of the action games on that website now...
I have to say two games I recommend the most :
Utawarerumono Battle and Crescent Pale Mist [they are like 300 megs or something each sadly], but they are the only ones I really like to play and a lot of instant fun lol [without being too stressful if you mess up]

There's a decent learning curve on Crescent Pale Mist, but it has a lot of style once you figure it out [make sure you rebind the buttons so you can play well]

ElePaperAction is sort of fun, recommended but not as good as those other two [unique gameplay], and Rosenkreuzstilette is like the old Mega Man but awesome graphics, also very recommended; but if you are going to take a chance on one of those games;
Crescent Pale Mist or Utawarerumono Battle. Those two rock lol

One more, Duo Princess; which is a decent game; would be fun if you had 2 people to play it at the same time. Otherwise it's a little bit simple for a long period of play. Good game though.

Just in case I didn't make this clear, these are all fan/dojin games...
Kinda like Cave Story. Except Cave Story is only a few megs and owns all of them :p

Still Uta and Crescent are pretty games.

EDIT:
... Damn It I Killed The Thread W/ Anime! Damn You Anime!!!!! Daaaaaamn Yooooou!
Wasn't this thread about anime??? *checks first page...*
Oh lol Hey, haven't seen that movie yet...
