Just finished it, must say the end really made me say "WTF?!". (Pun intended) Keep up the good work, your game never disappoints.

I have been uneducated in learning acronyms, but it is terrific seeing Quote "Die" after all the work you did through the game, and it was a fun ride while it lasted. What I don't understand is why B@lrog didn't have a line in Chapter 5.

Made it spoilers, sorry, forgot not everyone here has as much free time as I do. I forgot he had lines cause I was too entranced by something rainbow-colored.

This mod deserves mostly praise, but if you want to improve it I think you'd also like some benevolent criticism:
I play the "WTFEasy". I have been trying from the first day of it's release, everyday, hours...to beat some game @ carneval (played mostly shooting the cats, rollercoaster, the magic-mirrors game and the arrow-maze game. Could not win a single ticket...Maybe it's my skills, but on the other hand I've bet Ballos, and stuff...My point is you maybe should a) make a video walkthrough that makes things very easy b) make things easy. I've heard (I might remember wrong though) that you've beaten IWBTG, but not many people have the willpower to retry that many times. Also not many people have the willpower to do this amazing mods like yours...since they don't many of you might just pass your mod (unlike me).

The minigames are probably the hardest part of the mod right now since they didn't get tested too much (or at least not by players of average skill level). They will probably have to be made a bit easier.

Also ironically enough I have never beaten IWBTG, I quit it early on since I thought it was too hard and it would occasionally crash.

Umm... the first level now seems to be unbeatable? The bit at the top left corner of the map where you have the alternating left and right wind tiles has been changed, so now the first tile is a right blowing one, and you can't get through it to progress to the left. Also, the graphics for the wind and lightning bolts are glitched on the first level. I wanna play this demo to the end and review it, but I can't get past the 1st level, and I deleted all my old saves :momo:.

It is actually entirely possible to get past that, the solution just isn't as obvious as it was before. And could you post a screeny of the broken gfx? They appear fine for me.

The little green bar above his head is supposedly part of the lightning bolt that appears as he respawns.

And I'm guessing the solution is
to get enough downward momentum to go under the rightward wind
so I'll keep trying.

System specs? And maybe try running it in compatibility mode? Otherwise I don't really know, it looks like it's not loading that file correctly.

Oddly enough the problem seems to be only with Caret.pbm. Maybe it's a memory issue or something. You could try redownloading, I'll test it on my XP when I get home.

Ya know I am having the same problem with the graphics, I have Windows 7. Also Wedge, the graphics problem for me also affects the little graphic when a bullet shoots out and collides, and when lightning is about to strike and when it does strike. Sad thing is, my computer is a POS and the speakers are half-busted, so that also means I can't hear any music at all. I just want to know what I would've listened to in Chapter 5 in its entirety and the "other" chapter. :momo:

That's really odd, you should have gotten it back.

@WoC: I can't reproduce the error you're having, but since it's limited to Caret.pbm it shouldn't be too much of an issue. When you press down, does the "WTF?" that appears above your head look normal?

No, I just see a white box. I also have the same thing JonSpider mentioned with the splash graphics for the weapons being wrong (which are also in Caret I believe). Also, I did manage to get past the thing in the first chapter, and am now up to the beginning of chapter 3.

Try editing Face.pbm for me and save it as a 1x1 pixel bitmap (with the same name, Face.pbm). If that fixes the issue with Caret.pbm (but breaks the facepics), then I may have an idea about how to go about fixing it.
