You first smash yourself on the ceiling, then fall down onto the top of the cliff.

DISPENSAH HERE

You DISPENSE a portable lift.

Roll to goddamn sliders: 3-1

As you carry it over to the cliff face, the upper portion of the lift goes flying around the room for no apparent reason.

Roll to dodge: 3 5 2 2 2 1

Jake, Cyn, Cheese, and Malperico are hit by the rogue lift. QXC drags all of them into the booth and their pulverized bones reform in about a half-minute.

The lift sits innocently at the bottom of the cliff. You can activate it by pressing the large solitary button on a pedestal in the center of the platform. You do so after a few seconds in the heal booth and are gently lifted up to the top of the cliff and step off.

Cyn: 6

Between being shot in the groin and mashed by GODDAMN SLIDERS SOIHGPOHFPGODHGRAAAA you manage to convince the DISPENSER to give you some sort of platform gizmo that that interacts with your brain. You use it to float up to the top of the cliff.
(It looks like one of those early millitary hovercrafts)

You very slowly manage to push yourself up the cliff, then smash yourself into a wall. Flight 0 sucks ass.

The grappling hook (and other weapons) are in the weapon dispenser. The tech dispenser dispenses contraptions, not weapons.

 

why do you never have me do stuff like heal myself or get weapons?

Telekinesis 0 is far, far, far too weak to break or lift concrete. Instead, you grab a 2x1 PHX plate and hang ten. Awesome.

Cyn, Cheeze, Jake: 2,2,5

Jake, remembering that a group of wizards is called a war, helps to mediate between the two thaumaturges. Between them, they manage to get a PHX plate floating in the air. Four thrusters, four buttons, and an intertial dampener later they have a working magic floaty board, without even having to use hoverballs.
