The idea behind turns is that everyone gets to move at one time and actions can interact. Having two actions per turn kind of defeats the purpose.

since obviously you meant metal, i think i'll use my boots and kick the wall down using Telekinesis 0 to enhance the force of my kicks

How exactly did you expect your shotgun to do anything to the turret anyway? Especially from this range.
