Plus any tile can be invisible, just make it solid black and use it.
Uhhh..... Tile 46 does exactly that: Allows entities and bullets through but yourself can not.Randolf said:...Anyway, you could use empty entities as invisible walls (not so good idea, but whatever)...
Actually, I think so. I believe Noxid made this thing called "TSC+" that can hold variables and do a lot of other cool things. However, after a few simple searches, I couldn't find too much about it. You should maybe do a more in-depth search.Wilfre said:I did a bit of reading around the forums and I can't believe nobody has said or asked this but, is there a way to use variables in CaveStory?
By Variables, I mean you can make an command and add/subtract/multiply/divide/set a number towards a variable. This may seem, meh, but it really can do a whole lot. But I wanted to ask here before I made a thread with full details.
Starman said:I was wondering how to change enemy hitboxes so that you can ride on them without being damaged, damaging them and without bouncing when you jump on top of them. For example: Beetles, which fly in the direction you are in, except you bounce on their heads and take damage from them normally.
Have you tried using <FONxxxx:yyyy with a blank entity? Experimenting with that might be what you need.Fatih120 said:SO wait - Do I need to use ASM to add force-scrolling? (You know, uh... MARIO LEVELS
Use the <CMPxxxx:yyyy:zzzz command to replace the block with nothing.Bramblestar1227 said:I had a quick question.
Let's say Quote is standing on a block.
How would I make it disappear so he falls down?
Thanks!Tpcool said:Have you tried using <FONxxxx:yyyy with a blank entity? Experimenting with that might be what you need.
