• Hey everyone happy Christmas Eve we're aware of what's happened with the source code so to keep this simple absolutely don't post it on the site or use it to make mods with (it's not particularly preferable toward this end anyway) and tread lightly in general until we see how this settles, thanks to all and have a great holiday season -DT

It was tl;dr and I don't follow MSPA so I don't understand it even more. It seems pretty deep and interesting though, from what I can gather.

I would argue that humans can experience both of the red quadrants, but we usually consider lustfulness not to be "true" love.

So perhaps this isn't as mind-blowing as I thought.
The biggest difference is that trolls search for all four types, instead of one type they prefer.

Well this is the Cave Story forums, not one of those fancy on topic forums.
Gross.

I still don't see why you think anything in the satellite lounge/SPOT is destined to be consistent

I don't know why you think anything in this entire forums is destined to be consistent.

OUR RELATIONSHIP IS NOW DIAMONDS

In seriousness, though, love is defiantly not specific enough. There are about 5 or 6 different kinds that I can think of right now, and probably quite a lot more. Personally, I've had a few crushes and such, but never really had the balls to ask someone out, since the first time I did it didn't end up well :<.
Besides, I've never really felt much lust or attraction to anyone in about a year, so yeah.

I posted this on another forum, half the replies said I was trolling and the other half was forum circlejerk such as lame witticisms, showing off, someone saying something nobody wants to hear.. I am pretty offended.

As you all probably know, I am in 7th grade, where everyone is hooking up with dates that usually only last a week. I overhear conversations about dates and am conspicuously jealous at most people. Every time a girl compliments me, two things come to mind- "Is she just doing this as a joke?" and "Thanks". I just think that I am kind of a social outcast. I am a video-gaming nerd who goes on the computer all the time (and not for shit like Facebook, usually watching random videos or gaming). I guess you could call me, like, a half-hikkikomori. I don't have any experience with dating, as I can't bring the subject up with my mother, and my father is a d**k who doesn't talk to me, so I can't give the first guy who posted this thread any advice. So it can get embarrassing when one of my friends- who happen to be a girl -get mistaken for a girlfriend. Although, I do kinda like one of my friends more than just a friend. Asking you guys- is this normal? Sorry for rambling on.
