Um, I have 2 questions.
1: How do you get the Blade? It looks like you need Booster 2.0. If you need to backtrack, how do you get to Genesis: Sky?
2: Where and how do you get Fireball? I need one of the 2 Because this Bubbler ain't gonna Keep me alive. Or UberBubbler for that matter, What ever that is.
after the boss at the end of the grass zone and you fall,
Instead of looking through the rest of the post and hitting spoilers, I decided to just ask. Just before you go into the door at the end, I've tried.. everything and anything to get the two chests over on the right side... After the, I swear, 200th+ try.. I cannot get over there! So I've got two questions.
1)
What is the significance of the little dog statue that says "Don't fall."?
2)
Is there a way without backtracking after you get some Booster 2.0?
riding the block, and I can never get the timing down/not fast enough.
Any other ideas? :/ I'm completely stumped and the reason why I posted here is so i could get a friendly nudge in the right direction.
...Also, if it does nothing, why does it spawn something?
I just found this mod today. While I was impressed with the effort put in, I'm annoyed at its trollish difficulty:
the note at the end of the mimiga town, the "don't fall" statue, the Kaizo trap at the deconstructor, and the puppy maze!
With Google giving nothing in way of walkthroughs (I understand that this was a ressurected old project completed recently), and this long thread hard to search, I have to ask my questions here.
1.
How do I get out of the labyrinth? I have the address card and I am trying to find the critter juice. I figured out a way to get the "map" but that's about it. If I try to exit east (from what I believe is Laby B) to get the map out and go back to the friendly Gaudi base, the down block will block my exit while the up block (which I'm travelling on) crushes me.
EDIT to 1: I haven't found a solution yet, but I have found some hints that hinge on the fact that
the map is in fact functional, just not where you found it.
EDIT for edit: 1 is solved.
Walk across the upper shuttle loop until you go in the north west zone of Laby B. Then take the east exit.
Unfortunately, the game decides to pull another MASSIVE Kazio trap.
If you don't have the bubbler (which I presume was taken from the chest before you fell and lost your weapons), you WILL run out of missiles to shoot the blocks in Laby C
and the game becomes nigh unwinnable.
2. Is there a walkthrough proper (as opposed to bits and pieces of tips)? This game is beginning to feel like La-Mulana II.
If you don't have the bubbler (which I presume was taken from the chest before you fell and lost your weapons), you WILL run out of missiles to shoot the blocks in Laby C
I did that part without the bubbler. You're supposed to have missiles and fireball, although fireball does not do any good on that screen. You just have to use your missiles wisely and you should be able to get through
I am gonna have to play this at some point. And as to the freakishly hard, Go do a hell run. Then come back and try this. Don't whine about EPICNESS being too hard.
Don't worry! Spur falls just short of the damage cap, at 9999 on a Fully Uber Ultra Mega Super Destructo Blast! (requires you did not ever get hit. EVER.)
