動作確認は毎回iPodへインストールするのだけど、
イベントの調整など、ちょっとした変更でもインストールが必要なのがわずらわしい。
Mac上で動くシミュレータも用意されているけど、操作はマウスなので、マルチタッチに対応しきれない。

細かい調整も積極的にでいるように、使いなれたWindows上でのクロス開発を目指すことにした。
入力はキーボードで、表示は DirectX を使えばたぶんいける。
Windows上で開発して、必要に応じて iPod で動作確認できるようにする。

これができれば開発スピードも上がると信じてるけど、
移行するのにまだ時間がかかりそう。

I hate apple as a company, but they do have some pretty goot products.
But yay windows!

Anyway, it'd be good to have those Mac and Windows releases - so I'm waiting while I can.

クロス開発ができるようになった。
その準備に2週間ぐらい潰しちゃったけど、
今後は慣れ親しんだ Windows上で開発が進む。
プログラミングからBGM・効果音の作成、グラフィックの変更、
イベントテキストやマップデータの編集、
それらの動作確認を1台のパソコンの中でサッとできる。
やっぱこうじゃないとね。

I think you guys can take care of the translation on whatever website you want.

Although bland two word titles wouldn't really be new to Pixel, would they.

ちょっと便利、かつそれほど手間のかからない機能を、
ステージエディタにこまごまと追加していくうちに、汎用性が削がれていく。
次回(ありますように..)開発もエディターを弄りながらの開発になりそうだ..

効果音をどんどん追加してみる。現在50個。
一番メモリ消費が激しい素材なので後回しにしたかったけど
付けてみるとやっぱり音は大事。まだまだ増えそう..

Try adding more and more sound effects. Currently 50.
Since the material I wanted to postpone the most severe memory consumption
Looking Yappari with sound is important. Still more so ..

何か面白いロジックを考えてみるが、
新しいことが思いつくような脳みそは持っていない。
けど、考えるだけなら「ありがち」なネタなんかも、
自分で作ってみてちゃんと動いた時は楽しい。
「二度発明するな」と言う言葉もあるけど、
作っていることに楽しさを感じることが凄く重要で、
それがあまり果たされていないのが現状..

I'm still curious as to how this plays.
Is it simply like ikachan with a fish? What are the bubbles for? Why design the levels the way they are currently designed if jumping doesn't play a role? Why do those octopuses have only five legs?

No idea what the bubbles are for, but perhaps it's some sort of destructible obstacle, since apparently our fish can shoot lasers(?)
The rest of the octopus' legs are behind him, or perhaps it's not an octopus at all but rather some form of pentapoded seaslug
