Bad news. Soaprun server does not have a plan to re-open anymore. The download of Soaprun has been taken off from Pixel's site.

Good news. It seems Pixel approved the English translation of SGX (Die, Die, Galaxy)? Because both the original Japanese and the English translation is available for download from Pixel's main page.

(I am encountering a bug in SGX. I am on a Windows 7 64-bit. Everytime I lose or plainly complete the game, when I revisit the same levels, the background is complete black.)

Rockfish is looking a lot like an underwater Cave Story. I suppose if you're releasing your first commercial game, it's good to stick to what you know.
