Girakacheezer`s looks the best. While all comics are technically well made, look nice, didn`t find them that funny (Noxid`s is trying to be the most though). @Gir Balrogs face is priceless at the last frame 
My vote goes for Girakacheezers work for both concept and overall.
Also Hiinos work is very nice the arrow pointing at "Toroko" is so funny
