It's actually "Not Safe For Work", basically meaning that if you looked at it at work, you would get in trouble/fired.

Also, for the majority of this forum the problem would be letting their parents see it. I would argue that most of us are in our teens. Furthermore, talking to the point is useful if you want to convey something. Saying "EEEK BREASTS!" makes it seem like you're terrified of cooties.
