I thinnque I've seen the worst version of Cardcaptors ever. Cartoon Network somehow got this weird brainwave of dubbing ALL shows in the native lingo ;_;. And the worst bit is they didn't leave the openings/endings alone either.


It was an exaggeration o.o.

But they tok the essence out of Sharon by making him the "romance sucks" character. His romantic sense is actually pretty good.

Anyone heard of Tsubasa Chronicles? Sakura is much more likeable there coz she hardly ever opens her trap >.>

As a result, some scenes in the beginning chapters show Tomoyo with a slight crush on Sakura's brother Toya. I know she's called Madison XD. But I like calling them with their original names (as in Card Captor Sakura names). Incidentally, I've seen most of both the versions.

And she is gay. It's evident even in the Cardcaptors version. I hate her coz she's always got the frikin smile on her face. Even when a normal person cries.

And in Cardcaptors they all sound like they're fifteen sixteen when they're just, like, 12. Eriol (AKA Eli) should be the only guy with the deep voice IMO.

But Kero-chan's awesome. Mah absolute fave character in both versions.

Also, Platinum rulez!

Mmm I don't really consider crushes or intense friendships at such a young age to be signs of being gay.
With Tomoyo and Sakura, they have been best friends forever. And it looks like Tomoyo has chosen Sakura as her best friend. [Don't see her hanging around other people really...] Does that make her gay??? Nah...

[Otherwise I'd be questioning my preference years ago ;p Just because I wanted to hang around my best friend when I was little doesn't mean I wanted to ... do other stuff lol]

As for Li and Yukito, eh it's awkward, but it's obvious Li is confused as well. He doesn't seem like he's gay, more like a childhood crush thing. But, it seems like it might just be an intense fascination... Yukito sure seems like there's more to him than what appears. [I've only seen season 1 so far...] There must be something to him lol

I would find it hard to really label someone as actually being gay when they are young, the older they get the easier it is though. But, to be slang, you could easily call Li, etc gay lol [without it being true].

There's a LOT more to Yukito than meets the eye.

And I meant gay as a slang term lol. I know children can be weird. Gay normally refers to one who attracted to only same sex stuff (Yeah, so don't be surprised the next time any of your gay friends watch only guy pr0n). But as Syaron matures he decides he likes Sakura better. And I personally think the pairing is a lot cuter than Sakura Yukito.
