This is where I will share all my ORGs with the rest of the forums. All of the following ORGs are made either by ear or by sheet music.
Feel free to use these in mods and stuff.
I will also accept feedback:

Recreations by ear:
Ridley Battle (dropbox) - Source Game: Super Metroid original, non-ORG version for comparison (youtube)
Battle Theme (dropbox) - Source Game: R-type original, non-ORG version for comparison (youtube)
Dark Matter Phase 2 (dropbox) - Source Game: Kirby's Dreamland 2 original, non-ORG version for comparison (youtube)

Recreations by Sheet Music:
Challenger 1985 (dropbox) - Source Game: Gradius original, non-ORG version (youtube)
Aircraft Carrier (dropbox) - Source Game: Gradius series original (youtube) Note: this theme is used over and over again throughout the Gradius series, all versions use the same melody at different tempos with different instruments. Also, I know the intro sounds bad on this one, that's only because it's sped up, I can't slow it down becuase it would ruin the tempo of the resot of the song and merely increasing the note length did not work.

Videos of the ORGs put into Cave Story with Resource Hacker:

Ridley Battle
Battle Theme (R-Type Stage 1)

Dark Matter Phase 2

Challenger 1985 (Gradius Stage 1) and Aircraft Carrier (Gradius I Boss Theme)

Four more .ORGs to add to the list:

(The first 3 are made by sheet music, the last one was painstakingly copied from a midi note by note with small errors, but otherwise sounds really good.)

The Decisive Battle - Source Game: Final Fantasy VI original
Boss Theme - Source: Final Fantasy IV original
Boss Theme - Source: Zelda: A Link to the Past original
Masked DeDeDe - Source: Kirby Super Star Ultra original

Videos:

The Decisive Battle

The Other 3 (The video is of an experiment with editing Ballos' sprites, and features the other 3 in the order they are listed above.)

I only recognize Lavender Town, so I'll try to critique that. To start, the melody is waaaay too low-pitched. Bump it up two octaves (Operations > Current Track > Octave Up), that sounds more accurate. Besides that, I think it would benefit you to learn how to read sheet music / MIDIs so you can place the notes more accurately. But hey, I want to see you improve, so if you want you can try fixing it up with what I told you!

The others were crappy customs, but I didn't know much about octave yet. I'll try to learn how to do sheet music, or else I'm going to have to do the rest by ear. Thanks!
Oh, I use regular Orgmaker, so.. I can't find octave.

Its the SMB1 Underwater Theme:

I'm not familiar with this theme, but there are a few things that stick out. It's monophonic in texture, and the one voice that does the melody is very flat in tone. I just looked up the original (I think; it's the NES, am I right?). The melody alone could use some volume adjustment with the individual notes; they fade out as soon as they are played.

Secondly, this theme is in triple metre, so you might want to adjust your bars to 3 beat 4 step maybe. The steps could vary, depend on how you want to pace the rhythms paced out and stuff.

The notes seem spot-on, for the most part, so try playing around with the volume and change the metre as suggested above. Also consider adding in accompaniment and percussion, which should make it sound less empty. It sounds like it only uses a broken chord line for accompaniment. That and a bass might help.
