does anyone know how jenkas nightmare makes those things on the outerwall (shoots yarn things i think theyre night spirts or something i mean spirits) they call them destructinartors or something in the game does anyone know how they make them have different health because at one point they arent as strong but during the boss fight they have a lot more health how do you change that throughout the game i use the npc.tbl thing but i can only change that once it seems like for the whole game

im talking about the first descrutinator i think in the sand zone
I haven't played Jenka's Nightmare but they probably either used ASM to change the health (possibly when a flag is set?) or they just used a different entity.

Oh they're the same entity. Then yeah they probably used ASM. That doesn't seem like a very hard hack to make.

How do I do a quest like jenka puppies(get jenka puppies)
And more importly how do I make the player drop the puppies when you talk to jenka(the character where you gave the puppies)?

Yeah, I think they're specially programmed to automatically do that. I believe if you were to activate that NPC flag, you would only be able to start the event by touching the origin of the trigger.

I can't remember for sure, but I think you can game the system by <CMU'ing to something like <CMU0000, <WAI'ing for a tick (or maybe not even any <WAI at all), and then using <RMU. I know I did something similar to this in Ordeal Pillar when I wanted to save the game's position in Moonsong while also switching to multiple different songs.

How do I trigger the boss battle with the core ?
You would first go into settings and change the boss ID to the Core since he's one of the bosses that has to be set to the room as well:

Then in the script set the boss to load his animation, starting the fight basically:
<BOA0200<BSL0000
Since the Core's a boss that has to set in the settings of the map, all you have to do is do BOA0200 to initiate his animations because 200 is his starting animation. And for BSL that simply starts his boss fight with the hp bar since he doesn't need a sprite to be loaded in the game, the engine does that for him.
The same can be implied for a boss such as Omega in the Sand Zone, a boss where the engine loads his placement and sprite and such.
