Might be an issue with start flags. Check if any of those are on besides the one that says "needs to be on" are set and uncheck them. Other than that, I guess it'd be an issue with your start event or coordinates.

Luckily I had a backup so it's fixed now.

There's no way to make <CMP permanent, but you can set a flag and force the map to run a CMP before an <FAI whenever you enter the map.

Oh yeah......... Do you spawn in a block? Don't put any block at 10,8 because that's the default spawn location.

Okay when I <TRA to a new map instead of fading, the map is instantly desplayed and the boss music plays. What the hell?

But what about entity on entity collision D:

Or if you're a hacker, you could make an entity that acted as a changed block, and would change it's spot on the map to the tile corresponding to its flagID.

But yeah the reason why solid entities fail is if the need arises for it to contact/act solid to an entity.

Not normally, however flags that are above 7000 are considered out of bounds and won't save. Also they will affect some ram values so it's best not to mess with them.

and you should take a gooooood look at head and see what flags are used or saving/loading.
negative flags do bad stuff too.

How bad? Like the same as 7000+ or worse?

Oh and don't mess with flag 0431.
I don't know what it does, but it's in the death retry event

I do believe 0431 is Have Saved Once flag.

How do I found out animation methods?
I haven't made any cut scenes because of this
How do I edit a tile, not graphics wise but what it does.
And how do I choose the event for certain entities like spikes which already have it built in.
