Misery still won't talk to you until you've talked to Curly about Genesis: Source.
If you talk to Balrog after going into Genesis a second time, scrolling sounds will happen but no dialogue will appear.

Still can't find anything to do in Spirit Lodging, and I checked every single ground tile.
Teleporter still only goes to Oblivion until you've checked the computer, except now it also only goes to Oblivion after the computer's checked as well! You also cannot get out of Town Hall? at ALL now.
The warp in and out of Town Hall? is a bit screwy, with no blue background.
I've solved the maze before, but can't figure out how to do it again. I got up to the square room at the end of the third tunnel, is the door supposed to spawn there?
Red Tower 3 - Possessed Curly still shows you dropping down as it fades to black.
Going up from Possessed Curly, unless you immediately boost right, kicks you back down to Red Tower 2.
Possessed Curly:
1) The rings appear very late, almost too late to make a difference. Putting them in earlier could help.
2) You might think about having 6 rings in the final stage and/or lessening the time she's vulnerable per attack. Just a thought.
3) The server probably isn't necessary as-is - once you get the patterns down she's significantly easier than some of the earlier bosses like the Gaudskateers.
If I have to replace the npc.tbl file, then there's not gonna be any death sounds. I've changed it WAY too much.
And magic, are you saying there's critters in chimney? There's not supposed to be.
The ikachan door is supposed to be invisible. The thing inside is a "glitch" that I can't fix. There's an entity called generator(ikachan?) that doesn't work, so I stuck with the event.
For the Town Hall? Glitch: try going through the teleporter. Then go back to mimiga village and go into Town Hall?, and try exiting. I'm pretty sure I programmed it so you have to go through the teleporter.
The uberBubbler is
in Mimiga Village, after you go through to Oblivion: Erosion. You need the detonator first.
For the labyrinth:
you have to go through the far-left door in the confined area past the row of H/V blocks. You go around through the other door. If you did it right, you'll be in the confined area again, but there'll be the red scarf thing there. I believe you go through the far-left door again. Then after you get through the next room, after the save point, you have three rooms to choose from. I'm not sure, but I think it's the top-right room. Then you're home-free, navigate the next room to the critter.

If I wanna change when the rings appear for possessed curly, I have to use hacks. The rings are set when curly is at a certain value of health. I don't see why pixel didn't just put a formula, like hp/3 or something. If someone tells me where that address is, I can probably change it.
All this stuff about the room above possessed curly, I realise. I'll fix it.
No. The critters in Genesis: Light are, however, evil, and were, at the time, preventing me from completing Genesis and going to the Chimney.
I have since gotten past them, though.

The teleporter that it drops you at does not return you to Mimiga Village ("It does not appear to function" or something). You have to use the long workaround of jumping off the Balcony.
I preferred the way it was last version, tbh. It means that you can go and get the Spur or other things before going to Oblivion.

No, I was talking about the maze in Red Tower 3. The invisible block one. I know how to get through the Labyrinth puzzle (which incidentally isn't the way you said).

EDIT: Now that I think about it, the teleporter in Genesis: Water working isn't a problem (because you can just give the Address Chip to Sue and warp back there). However, it does clash with the lights being off until you've beaten Genesis: Source.

Just take JN and CE. Take the files named RTwr.*. All of them. Copy them into a fresh (blank) version of Cave Story. Then you can make a design for me! It would be really cool, because it would be a fun way for the fans to be involved, and I can continue to work on the ending!
Once you finish your level, send the files to me, and I'll test it out!

They're still white, but they have about 500 HP and deal 10 damage per hit.
Hence, evil.
It might be an idea to tone them down a bit, as it's entirely possible to get into Genesis without the Sky Blade. (and it kinda overshadows the enemies that are meant to be nasty, like the Skeletons or the Source).
EDIT: I don't think I specifically said this, but there is no spoon spur. I found the uberBubbler though. Heh, fish gut soup.
