How many times have you beaten Cave Story?

beat it around 8 times, including the Wii version, PSP version, Mac Version, and PC version. Why on the Mac? Not too long ago, when I was gone from my house for a few days, I decided to get Cavestory to save me from boredom. Ended up beating it twice with the normal ending and the good ending.

I like the Mac version, even though it's only version 1.0.0.0.
1.0.0.6 (the PC version) has some things slightly different, I forget which.

I've beaten off to Curly Brace at least twenty times.
I've also beaten Cave Story about five times:
2007: Bad ending and Good ending
2010: Good ending twice (one to get the spur, other to get the snake), then played through hell and beat Ballos.
Cave Story takes a precious place in my heart but I wouldn't want to overplay it.

Wow, I'm glad I read this. I used to think I was the only one (not in the world) who had played Cave Story dozens of times over and over again, and people used to actually make fun of me for liking it so much :}. Well, all I can say is, THOSE PEOPLE CAN SUCK IT!

I have beaten it once on the normal ending, just to see it.
I have yet to beat it on the good ending, the closest ive gotten is Ballos' second form.
Well I just got the game a week ago!

around 17 times for the normal ending
0.5 times for the bad ending (I turned the game off right after I said yes. I felt bad making the island fall without doing diddly squat about it. Playing a game like that many times can do that to ya)

Only twice...
Once CS3DS comes out though I will be running through that like water through Niagra.
Until then, a minimal items run will be a challenge as a third run.
(I suddenly want to see a competition to see who can complete CS the most times in a certain time period...)

Let's see... five complete runs, four of which were completed with the best ending, and six incomplete runs (spent either trying to find how to get the best ending or, in one case, trying a minimalist run). Currently working on my sixth complete run.

Well I usually just get to get to prefab building and then stop so if you count that about 7 times
But for good ending 2 times and OK+bad ending one time each
