When I try to make an account for the server, a username and password window shows up, and no matter what I type in the boxes, it says registration failed internal server error. What am I doing wrong? I'm not new to this sort of thing, so I don't know why I'm getting an error.

Yeah, and then I double and triple-checked. No clue why it's messing up :/

When ever I try to connect a message comes up saying,
"Dualhack@noxid.ca/ disabled
Not authorized"
Here's what the debug window says when I try to connect
Code:

If I try making an account, I get an internal server error. What do I do?

I am recommending to Everyone to Immediately Uninstall Skype from ALL of your computers! I have an alternative to Skype but you will have to encourage all your friends and family to change to that solution, “Jitsi” is an Open Source Project that is free and could fit nicely as a Skype replacement. The entire Jitsi site is even HTTPS secured…
It’s not a big stretch to suspect that we all are being watched, through our phones, cell, web cams, e-mail, txts, posts in forums, blogs and the like. My own analysis many different networks, wired and otherwise has shown a marked increase in outbound packets, way above what is required for the proper operation of a computer within Windows and the Mac OS. Currently the various Linux flavors show more normal packet volumes over multiple network types…

That sounds pretty paranoid... You don't have much to worry about if you nothing to hide :)

The main issue I have with Skype is high memory usage. I think everyone should use IRC instead.
Audio/video are pretty easy to identify, so I think they'd be more likely to be targeted.

Well, I would've suggested Tox myself, but seems like Noxid has already done so.

Anyways, Tox has gotten a lot farther into developement, and it has evolved into a glorious IM software!

It has clients on all sorts of platforms, including Windows, Mac, Linux, Androids, iOS, and two other weird ones.

The best client being qTox, which has about all the features you would want, and then some more. Here's what qTox can do:
-1v1 messages
-group chats
-audio
-group audio
-video
-audio filtering
-avatars
-contact aliases
-desktop sharing
-file transfer
-emoticons (can choose different emoticon packs, and *most* use obscure unicode characters for the emoticons, so rest assured :3 will be preserved!)
-faux offline messaging
-chat logs
-inline images
-software themes
-multilingual
-typing notifications
-audio notifications

Not to mention it's incredibly intuitive, streamlined, and VERY secure! So if anything I'd highly recommend Tox over anything else.

I'm also glad to help with Tox installation and/or the workings and whatnot!

I have an issue with the group call now where I can see what other people are typing, but I can't send my own messages, they stay in limbo forever. My husband has the same thing with a different group call. We can't even leave to be re-invited, in case that fixes anything.

Skype is garbage and this issue is the pinnacle of all the garbage. Oh yeah, and the mobile version I have crashes way too often.

Imo skype sucks but its still the best out there, considering we couldn't find a suitable replacement

But what of Tox? From what I've skimmed through, there hasn't been any serious consideration regarding Tox yet. It has also went through a lot over the past year, and from personal experience is a very viable option to choose.

there's plenty of suitable replacements. You just have to pick one that suits you

I'd use telegram if it didn't need my damn phone number, so pidgin is what I have now.

Sadly, no matter how much better anything is than Skype it will always have one downfall: very few people use it. So you can call very few people. It would require a mass migration of people from Skype to certain other video chatting program.
