Well -10 are the only ones that work with the way the traps are scripted. I guess you could up the health a bit if you REALLY wanted to though. There is one problem I know of, which has to do with enemies near the end of said map disappearing when they aren't supposed to (this will also be fixed during finalisation), but otherwise I think I caught most things during my brief test run.
