Okay the, tell them the truth: you were in an infinitely long room with a sausage warmer and a puke-covered hat when you fell through a hole in the wall and landed here, where the first thing you saw was the spike and the second thing you saw was what's-his-spores. You'll be deemed criminally insane and sent to a high-security mental institute.
Or you could just ask your lawyer what the sentence for manslaughter would be. Maybe it ain't so bad. Personally I think the best jurisdiction would be exile but that's just me. I do seem to know a lot about law though, don't I?
