Dinny I just want to mention that although you've said you aren't in either of GIR's groups of why artists draw, I think you're wrong. Since you want other people to be able to find good art that contributes to a fandom, that means that you want your art to actually contribute. Shitty art obviously doesn't contribute (not that I'm saying your art is shitty, it's quite good), so naturally you'd want your art to improve.

Ya got a point. But that is also why I'd like a rounded/balanced critique if it's offered, because that actually will help me improve. Saying, for example, "the anatomy is incorrect", but not really providing any hints on where it needs correction/how to go about it just kind of frustrates me without solving anything.

I'm going to go out way on a limb here and say that my favorite form of critique is redlining. So if anyone wants to draw over any of my drawings, they're welcome to.

I dig the bright/bold/simplistic look. Would like to draw more like this.

If you want to take your pixels to the next level, I would recommend increasing the number of shades of shadow. I know you're going for a simplistic look, but your asura look a little on the flat side if you know what I mean.

When I have a moment, I'll put an extra layer of shadow on this and see what it looks like. I think it might turn out nicely, actually. Shading is my #1 problem, though. I have a shading phobia. Every time I draw, once I do the lines and flats and it comes time to shade, I just groan.
