Looks really good, GIR. Possibly the only issue is that the hands are a bit on the small side, but that's pretty common in anime styles and it's easily passable.

Yeah I've always had that problem to some degree when sketching or whatnot. I don't know why it's my instinct to make them so small...

Awwww you guys

GIR, are your girls supposed to be so short? They should be at least eight heads tall if not.
5-6 heads tall is fairly tall considering the size of her head. It's larger than it should be if you wanted it to have true anatomy.

Don't quote me on this, but I believe an anatomically correct, proportional human is actually 6-7 heads, not 8 (8 is very tall).

And it's just his style, I suppose. :)

Ehh it's more like 7-8, but yeah, it is his style. Even so, with 5 heads they still seem pretty short, even with the big heads. I guess 6-7 would be good though. They look like children to me.

Damn how do you guys get your lines so smooth
I can't seem to make drawings that don't have jagged outlines. Then again I am using a trackpad to make my drawings.

O rite, I never posted this.

Attempted some pixel art:

It's a ghost girl or something. I wanted to do some messy-looking lines instead of being symmetrical.

Too big for a regular image post. Got homework from photoshop class to show off! I guess my first try with a tablet is somewhat decent.

That looks really nice. Like... really really nice. There's very little that needs to be changed, if anything at all.

Good job man!

- ManaFloors -
Use bessel functions and Bezier curves.
They are built into the tools of many photo and image editing programs.
If you don't know what those are, then you need to find some help man.

We dun need no Barbie dolls... dun make anybody so tall!

If you're using MS_Paint, you might just need to get yourself a different program. But yeah getting a tablet may help.

@WD: Saw this before, still looks good

@Matt: Looks good, but maybe you'd want a less thick outline for those rocks?

I use paint.net. Maybe I should look for a program actually suited for drawing.

All of my early works on the fursona fun thread were done in PDN, like this for example. Although I can't remember how I did the lines, it may be some combination of the bezier tool and steady mousework.

Was bored

Markers are fun. Messing around with different styles, as usual.
