• Please stop embedding files/images from Discord. Discord has anti-hotlinking logic in place that breaks links to Discord hosted files and images when linked to from anywhere outside of Discord. There are a multitude of file/image hosting sites you can use instead.

Just made me some chilaquiles yesternight! The crispiness of them is awesome, though my salsa verde [More like salsa cafe] needs some work. [Proper ingredients to be exact, I used a couple substitutes ^_^' ]

I'm very glad that you liked them. To be honest, your ingredients, preparation and explanation of what chilaquiles represent are all probably way more traditional than what I've had in the past, especially given my aversion to spicy things. I'm not the most in touch with my culture, sadly, though I could probably live on refried beans, rice and maybe eggs forever.

There's nothing spicy in the salsa; I had to use bell peppers instead of serrano chiles. (As much as I'd wanted it to be mildly spicy)
I also used plum tomatoes instead of tomatillos, and the tortillas were whole grain instead of corn, but it was good nevertheless.

@q3 I saw that mod before, but I never thought that my own server would be deleted. I thought I made backups in the first place anyway, but they may have been in the server directory too...

I did do some finishing touches in some areas, and reverted it from a messy jpeg into a crisp png.

But comparing to what I did and what andwhyisit did, the difference is very plain to me now. I can try to do something similar on whatever future pixel art I would do, and see how it goes then.

Pretty much why I gave up on that one SMW hack.
It only contained one full (but kinda short for my feeling) stage and a redone Yoshi's Island map.
I seem to be going way better with my CS mod though, maybe I improved.
