It's basically Mexican chop suey. They take stale tortillas, tear them into strips, fry them, and pour some kind of salsa on them. It can also be optionally mixed with pulled chicken meat, topped with feta cheese and/or sour cream, or even have scrambled eggs on the side.
All in all, the tortillas should remain crispy and should not be left to become mushy, so they should be eaten immediately once the salsa is poured.

As far as I can remember, I don't think I ever had salsa. Maybe I should see wether I like it.
The crispy tortillas sound good though.
I probaly would like it although I'm kinda unsure about the salsa, but you don't want everything to be too dry though, so yeah.
