Nurse hasumi looks quite a bit like balrog.
Oh hey! In the credits there is a scene with all those 2 and dr gero. Almost forgot about that.

Dr. Gero and nurse Hasumi are frogs. Pixel likes frogs, if you didn't know that.

And about Balrog:

I think he's a inerstellar galatic lunch oven with radioactive powers that and toss out missiles and fly and not to mention huge strength *laughs*.

I'd say hes a briefcase! If you look carefully enough, you would see a brown handle on his head. And the two brown stripes down his face looks just like a briefcase stereotype. Don't you think?
