Her powers must have weakened so significantly that she can't get them by magic. Also, she says her hips are very weak.

Oh... Good point.

And also, the Plantation was annoying because you need to find all of the materials for the rocket, even though there's a trick that lets you get past the Presses without it.

Yes, but it's actually fairly easy to do it quickly. So it's not as frustrating as Grasstown or the Sand Zone, and in some people's opinions, the Balcony.

Yeah, but that's nearly impossible to do unless you're a TAS robot or something. And even supposing you could do it, you would only save a few seconds, if any time at all by using that technique to progress through the game, because if you try to open the door that leads to the final cave before the rocket is finished, then you'll get a message saying: "It's still too early to come here..."

For me, it's bosses like Monster X and Core. I really don't get the whole appeal of a boss fight. Give me story! New and exciting places to explore!

1) Grasstown: two words: JELLYFISH JUICE!
2) Labyrinth for the core & monster x
3) End-game: 6-11 back-to-back boss fights? no thanks!

I get mostly annoyed with grass town. I can't explain why, but I think it's annoying having to go back and forth for just the jellyfish juice.

This, pretty much. Even though the sand zone has you running back and forth for puppies, at least the puppies are cute and there's major story development for motivation.

Oh hey, um. Sorry to get all nitpicky, but Labyrinth is misspelled and not capitalized in your poll.

Grasstown and Sand Zone. I start to like the game more at the Labyrinth, by the time I reach the Core, it's incredibly fun.

The game is always fun to replay, but the Puppy Quest always makes me want to restart the game so I don't have to do it. I like the gameplay a bit more after the Sand Zone though, mainly because it gets more challenging, I guess. Bushlandstownplace comes in second because of Malco's scavenger hunt, which is tedious walking all around the place back and forth. So I guess Ollie pretty much has it explained for me.

The First Cave transmissions never really bugged me considering how pretty much every point in the game has annoying cutscenes, not just First Cave, so it's easy for me to ignore.

Yes, but somehow the fight takes too long (for me at least) since the core has decent armor and it likes to close it's "eyes". The "wind" is pushing me always to the left side of the room, dodging the 3 white energy orbs (which isn't hard, but annoying) and get flooded occassionally...

Sand Zone without a doubt. The music's good, but the damn puppy fetch quest is annoying as hell. Even Grasstown's is less annoying since it's a smaller level with less asshole jumps. Also, Grasstown's isn't totally a side quest either because you're saving a plot character.
Sand Zone just uses the chance to make you run all over the place for no good reason other than to spout background information until it's time for an antagonist to show up again and move the story along; Jenka establishes right away that she's not going to give you the key you're there for.
