I pretty much thought the same as DC, To be honest.
Ya ho. A friend of mine taught this trick when we used to play the broken language version of Pokemon Gold, so I applied it here.Grim said:Everything else 'till then was just "?".
I spent like an hour trying to find out how to get the Jellyfish Juice before I realized you could shoot upwards. No joke.
Happened to me as well.wedge of cheese said:Heh, it also took me forever to find the jellyfish juice but for a different reason. I saw those two jellies floating outside Chaco's house, and thought I was supposed to get the juice from them. When that didn't work, I went back into Chaco's house and talked to her to see if she had any advice. She said something like "aim for the big sucker" so I figured the reason shooting those two jellies hadn't worked was because I just hadn't aimed well enough. I tried forever shooting those two jellies before it occurred to me to explore the rest of Grasstown.
Everyone dies at those spikes at least once. And everyone knows what spikes I am talking about.Icarus said:I thought that Quote's sprite was looking sideways (instead of slightly forward) and I died six times trying to get the Polar Star.

Yes they can. If you kill Misery, though, you can't get any powerups. On the other hand, her orange fish won't fly around annoying you.wedge of cheese said:Wait, so they can be killed?? O_o
hehe, I still assumed they couldn't be killed until I read that post.
