What determines the effect of the Red Flowers?

The more innocent-looking the mimiga, the more powerful the enraged form.

Well, again, Sue shouldn't be counted, because she was basically a Human/Mimiga, and was affected by the Red Crystal.
As for what it could do to Humans, it only works in the Red Crystal form.
We've also got examples of what it does: the Doctor enraging/coming back to life/taking over the damaged Core, and the weird forms Misery and Sue take on.
{Though, Sue's still in her own special category, not being fully Human then, either}

According to the Mods/Admins, it reduces visibility.
I can understand something like BRIGHT green on a Lite skin, but some colours are easy enough to read....

brown on black aint the prettiest tho, red and light blue are the best, and blues the default, so....

On the subject of the Red Crystal, I beleive that, since the Doctor created it, while wearing the Demon Crown, he imbued it with some magic(which he controls)?
Possibly he used magic to extract what increases power.

This explains how he can control both Sue and Misery in thier monster states.

The crown gives the bearer control over any being affected by red flowers.

If the flowers are magical in either nature or creation (likely) then that would have stemmed from Ballos, not any crown bearer.

Yeah I kinda was thinking this too, when they're enraged you just have to point them in the right direction and let them go.

Also Lace is indeed correct, fully coloured posts aren't allowed, for multiple reasons. PM concerns ploz, but either way I'ma have to ask you to stop.

 

If they, as suggested, have a slight amount of reason left, perhaps this affects wether or not you can control them to some extent. Igor is perhaps a prime example.
