Is it required for everyone to play every mod entered to ensure positive distribution, or are users able to nominate just the ones they played, or heard about, and ignore the other entries?
My previous post's question again, are users required to explain why they made their nomination, or can they simply say a mod and an award? What's to stop the winner of the award from having nothing to do with the award it was given?
Is the runner of the event, come December, required to play all entered mods themself, to ensure the nominations fit the given mod?
Do nominators even have to have ever played a video game, mod included, in their life to place a nomination?
Are the awards subject to change between now and December? Are mods entered intended to be an entry only for one particular award, or are all entered mods subject to be a nominee for all available awards?
Are all awards themselves supposed to be nominated towards a mod, or are the mods supposed to be nominated for the awards? If no mod is nominated for a particular award, does the organizer of the event force that award onto a mod nobody nominated for it? Or is it just thrown out?
