CK: oh nothin im just playin that new BLARGO DX EXPERIENCE that arrived at my house like 3 hours ago.
CK: did you forget or something :/
AP: uh no i was just
AP: uhhh anyway how are you liking it so far
CK: its pretty good but some of the level design is kinda weird!
CK: like there's this one part where you have to shoot a bunch of these ghost guys through a tight corridor
CK: and the ghost guys shoot projectiles whenever they're hit so
CK: you constantly have to fire off a couple shots and then run to the start of the corridor before the projectiles can hit you
CK: and you gotta do that like 10 times
CK: and after that you have to do a hairpin jump turn and if you miss it you die and have to do that all over again
CK: point is that it's weird!
CK: hopefully after this there's no more weird platforming or anything that would kinda suck
AP: wow that does sound like a questionable design choice
AP: considering that game took 2 years to finally come out you'd think that those sorts of things would be ironed out through playtesting
AP: i guess it's only reasonable to attribute it to malice at this point
AP: hopefully the ending is good to make up for it
CK: yeah the blargo series has been going on for a really long time! it would be a shame if it didn't have a proper conclusion to tie everything together and conclude the longest running collaboration the cave story forums has ever seen!
AP: what about meta commentary does the game tone that down or is it everywhere because frankly meta commentary is annoying
CK: nope it's still very prevalent and i agree that meta commentary is annoying and should only be used sparingly for maximum effect
AP: yes
CK: yes
AP: im glad we could come to a concensus on this clearly very important issue
CK: yes
