By this point in the length of the series, Blrg has mastered bending space-time due to the mahin-quantum-shift-incident, as evidenced by the fact that he is manipulating the opening events that started it all to force an alternate reality where Dylan was on the path to mahin instead, yet was killed and absorbed. There is no canon other than Blargo's universal command, because he wrecked havoc across all the alternative universes in which he exists.
