clearly this is a tileset, so it's obvious these are used as tiles and won't be placed in that order.I think you'll find that IVX is not a roman numeral. if you wanted 16 it would be XVI, if 14 it would be XIV but as it stands, that is not a roman numeral
If that were so easy and not tedious to do then we probably would have had multiple CSTSF mods instead of one unfinished one.Maybe instead of fitting all of them into one museum mod, you can split it into 2 mods, or even 3... The Blargo mods probably won't stop anytime soon, so trying to cram them all into one mod seems kinda hard.
