Well in a hope to maybe end this thread on a good note I had a good Valentines Day.
I over the past 50 some odd days made 1000 Paper Cranes for a girl I was crushing on and gave them to her yesterday to find that she'd been crushing on me, too. So yeah. I also asked her out and we're gonna start dating and such. Hopefully I ended this on a somewhat nicer note than it was before. Bye again everyone for another few months.

Here're the cranes by the way. She loved them.

That's really impressive! I can't even imagine the patience it took to make all those. Paper cranes are really pretty, and I should probably learn to make one someday.

Ooh I love making paper cranes. I remember I got an origami kit once and used up all the paper just folding cranes because that was the only thing I knew how to make.

I made bunnies and frogs and bowling pins along with my cranes. Tried to make the bowling ball but that kept falling apart.

This is where I would normally start ranting about the cultural significance of a thousand paper cranes, then end up telling some sad story, but, I think I'll hold back for now. -_-

But, yeah. Great job. where did you find the time? :)

Cultural significance? They're just cranes. It's a symbol of dedication. Seems pretty sweet to me.

Yeah we all read the story in elementary school. Folding 1000 paper cranes does not mean you have cancer.

Sadako and the 1000 Paper Cranes.
It's a really nice (albeit depressing) book.
I recommend you try it out.

It's better than girlfriend problems. :/

Besides, cranes are kind of relevant. ^_^

It'd be cool if you glued all the cranes together into a big sculpture. It'd be true modern art.

Anyway my Valentine's Day was spent eating pie by myself, listening to cheesy sex R&B ironically, and wishing my senpai could share the moment with me
