• Please stop embedding files/images from Discord. Discord has anti-hotlinking logic in place that breaks links to Discord hosted files and images when linked to from anywhere outside of Discord. There are a multitude of file/image hosting sites you can use instead.

Too bad about the computer delays, but the final design looks awesome. I love the stacked land, it looks like a mini death mountain.

Wow, awesome dam! Imagine blowing it up half way trough the game to produce a gigant lake that reveals the water palace :D

o sorry. its just that this is the only recent thread, and i wasnt gonna bump an old one or make a new thread. and since this is now kinda the official updates thread on the forums, this was the best place to put it.

btw, do you have any gfx requests yet? my comps on the fritz again :( but i can at least brainstorm.
btw#2 im better at environments than monsters.

first of all, Hi, how are all of you doing, I've been following this project for YEARS, and the last news post finally convinced me to join the forums

SECONDLY, am I mistaken, or will this game have to do with time? rather that mirror worlds

As it goes, I haven't gotten much to talk about at the moment. Basically I've simply been brainstorming some new sprite ideas of my own lately, but I have to actually CODE these sprites, which you can figure comes out to be a lot of work. I'm hoping to get down to business soon. I'm not a graphics artist either, so Josh will have to help me there. :P Wish I had more to say, but if anyone's interested, you can try out MathOnNapkins' new ASM hacks if you want, he's got some pretty neat stuff going on. You can find them in the other thread in this forum.

Oh, there is one thing I could use help with, if anyone's interested. If someone could find, or even make a listing of what monsters appear in what dungeons, it would be really helpful to me in sprite planning. I'd like to see what the Zelda 3 "formula" is for sprites, as in, how many individual sprite types appear in each dungeon, how many are reused from previous dungeons, how their behaviors compliment one another, that kind of stuff.

Anyway, that's all I can think of to say for now. See ya.
