Also, a Spur version of the Blade or a Nemesis version of any other weapon would be cool. Also, how about some Reverse Nemesis weapons. To use them, you better hope the boss drops EXP or you'll have to do a perfect run.

But, that just means a regular weapon, no? If it's gonna work like you suggested, then it's just a weapon that can only hold 2 EXP. (Gonna be really good in that Ballos fight...)
Though, I do want to see something like a Nemesis version of another weapon. Maybe even the Blade, so it "chips away" with every EXP.

I meant something that's really powerful (Not Polar Star, I mean blade-powerful) at Level 3/MAX, but useless at Level 1. Also, with the 2 EXP requirement, meaning that it's easy to level up but not to keep.

You can do all this weapon editing in Booster's Lab with these Hackinator Patches.

I'm at work so I can't step-by-step explain how to use this magical folder, but basically you litterally replace BL's /hacks/ folder with these subfolders, and in the weapons one theres bullet swapping. EXP requirements are still in the /bullets/ folder because I haven't bothered to fix that old legacy CE layout and move it to the appropriate folder.
You basically just tell the weapons what bullets you want it to fire.
Also I always get asked this when someone uses the weapon editors so here we go again:

Bullet family(s) are the GUN ID(s) that the "maximum bullets on screen" uses. So like if it's family 4 it will limit the gun based on the number of existing Machine Gun bullets. It's stupid and I never figured out the best way to label and explain, and too lazy to just recode them to use the singular bullets that are defined already.

and second the normal undead core jump with sue save by kazuma dragon
and 3rd outerwall?
and 4th the mimiga mask? (or the fancy mod one... but thats a fifth one maybe but not in the original i guess)

3rd ending - Literally everyone involved in the story is irrelevant, and Quote, Curly, and Balrog go somewhere nice

My idea is part of my mod that I'm currently working on. Once you finish the first level, Dream Mode will be unlocked.
Dream Mode allows you to go to sleep and experience 8 different dreams, similar to Yume Nikki or LSD Dream Emulator. Interacting with some elements of the dreams will wake you up.
Here are screenshots of what I have so far.
This is the place where you can rest to enter the Dream Hub.
These two rooms are for the "Dream Hub" a place where you get to pick and choose your dreams.
I don't believe this one needs much explanation.
