Play as Curly Patch

I made a Play As Curly Brace Patch.

It basicaly replaces Quote with Curly and Curly with Quote. It also edits the text in the game respectfully. So like instead of the doctor saying "She will be up and about in no time." he says "he." Also I changed Curly’s face shot to a shot of Quote. The only thing I regret not being able to do is change the images at the end from Quote to Curly. But I couldn’t match Pixels style. Alas. Maybe one day I’ll release an update.

men's faces are meant to be a bit edgy, women's are meant to be a little softer
a man's face on a women's head does not a quote make

the face just has the hair altered and some shitty paint hat on lol

Who knows if Quote is a little kid o_o I'm sure King isn't a little kid, considering the scar on his face, the red eyes, and he's carrying around a sword. Quote and King are the same height.

but little children carry weapons sometimes, some rpg games start with a little kid with some shitty wooden weapon or something (chrono trigger)(earth bound)...

yah the game is complet

every line of dialog and graphic is switched
its like playing the game as curly. and quote is the loud mouth talking robot that backs you up.

I'd have to disagree with that in my opinion; first, if I take that literally, Quote is a robot, so his age and intelligence is pretty undetermined, and as for his memory and what he says it's pretty much up to your imagination ..!

If I were to give them a human age... I'd say 16. First, girls usually look older/mature faster than guys when they are teens. And I think Curly and Quote are older than Sue, but maybe younger than Kazuma.
Although it's up to you in the end...

There's an anime which I feel like captures what Curly and Quote would be like if they were human; and I've referred to it for inspiration when trying to imagine their characters...

Now that I think more about it, Sue does call Quote a "boy" when she's waiting for him after the first visit to the Egg Corridor.

Something like

"Now when's that other boy getting here.." right before King and Jack bust in.
