Something has just crossed my mind: Are mimigas and changed humans even "compatible"? And if yes, what if a changed woman got pregnant with a mimiga and then changed back and gave birth?

The child would be a Mimiga. If not then the changed woman was most likely never compatible for conception with a Mimiga in the first place and would not give birth at all (this is more likely I'm afraid). It all depends on the specifics of Misery's spell.

Would be weird seeing a human give birth to a Mimiga though.

Yes, but usually only in situations where their reproductive systems are similar. This is usually because the two creatures' evolutionary changes only have some degree of difference from the creature they evolved from but still are basically the same animal, like with breeds of dogs, horses, etc., but that is not always guaranteed. Basically inter-species conception between Mimiga and Humans is damn near impossible.
