RAWR!
It is a Lunartable Golem construct, made from your table collection, a couple moons and a few stars for use as bad-ass fusion saws.
And is has annihilated the spike obstructions, the signs, and the walls around your heart.
Since you're a little far away now, you can no longer use your cloud duplex for inventory room. -6 inventory.
You can, however, use your new golem. +5 inventory.
You ride ratius-san who rides the golem.

You consult your handy status bars (not an object, don't try).
Seems you could do with some lables, but it appears you have 3 expendible stats: Redish, Greenish and Bluish.
Based on the slight chunk lost from Redish, you'd say that's HP.
You try to summon your slivers only to have them embed themselves in your skin.
You never were good at that game, anyways.
