I know I have said this many times before but if you could combine the spur, fireball or snake with the bubbler it would create some really powerful weapons.

Spur + Snake = charges snake shot then shoots through walls.
Spur + Bubbler = Fires spur shots everywhere when bubbles burst.
Fireball + Bubbler = Rains fire on enemies.
Snake + Bubbler = Does the same as Spur + Bubbler except the shots weave in and out of each other, are fireball shots, and go though walls.

I still think spur is the greatest because it wields the same amount of power despite energy crystals. And it's both effective against normal enemies (as polar star lvl3) or against bosses (charge attack). And unlimited ammo!

Blade's cool, just for the fact that it's king, and King is awesome.

Machine gun if fun to mess around with, but between the easy level down and the weakness at level 1, it lacks power.

Fireball's range is pathetic. The shots are slow, and have problems with gravity. Although it's great for cheap shots on bosses, if you have a high place.

Snake is powerful, but has a tendency to level down, which makes it useless during the first few minutes of Hell.

Nemesis + Crystal = Duck. Duck = Pathetic

Polar star is fun, but gets annoyingly weak.

Bubbler is fun, but a pain to level up.

Rockets & Super rockets are great to use once, but you just can't depend on them. Unless you have infinite. Which is why I love Crowned Witch so much.

Spur seems to be able to generate large amounts of energy, so...

Spur + Machine Gun = If the energy output is lowered at set to continually boost the energy supply of the machine gun by modding the power supply unit to allow it to supply power as it charges and adding the power supply unit to the machine gun as a second power source, in which after you can either:
a. Increase the rate of fire to turn it into a slightly powered down spur that never needs charging or,
b. Add more power behind each shot Machine Gun that deals HUGE damage.

Your choice.

Super Missile Launcher is good too, I use it on mutated Doctor and his down under 5 secs

lvl2 Blade does the same thing with unlimited ammo if you stand at the left wall and button-mash with the blade, the damage increases as mutated doctor gets closer to you. The lvl2 Blade can hit at an extremly fast rate at close range, so for a little damage to you the battle is over quicker.

 

Spur + MG = charges Spur shot when held while firing MG rounds. Lv3 Polar star when tapped.

Spur + Blade = Leveling system as in spur. Lv.1= Blade lv.1; Lv.2 = Blade lv.2 with range as in lv.1; lv.3 = Blade lv. 3; MAX = Spur shot + lv.3s in all 4 directions.

Spur + Bubbler = Spur chareges and fires normally while bubbles shield player in as in lv. 3

Spur + Nemesis = Spur shoots ducks at lv. 3 and mosquitoes at MAX lol.

i just use spur on him regardless of time

those last 3 boss's i use spur except for the undead core where i take misery and sue down with blade or flame

lvl2 blade to take out mutated doctor in seconds, spur for the rest.

 

Spur + Nemesis = Spur shoots ducks at lv. 3 and mosquitoes at MAX lol.

Tapping the button gives fully-charged Spur shots while charging it up to Max gives you a single Polar Star Lv. 3 shot.
