Is this game go to year 10 like in cavestory storyline or just stop at 3? is this demo? I cant get past year 3

 

This is a little obvious. The topic title includes *FIRST DEMO* in it.

 

Since this thread is getting to be pretty slow, I'll go ahead and post these. I haven't heard from Kaeso in ages, so I'll assume he won't mind. These are Aurther's new facepics. I made these from the ones he already had.

That first one took me a lot longer to make than the rest since I had to reposition his entire body while maintaining the shape. I had hoped it would have turned out better. It /does/ look better up close, though.

 

They're pretty nice. The only thing I can think of is that sometimes the right eye looks like it's a tiny bit to far to the side. Maybe it's just me.

 

Hmm... You're right. They're actually in the exact same position though. ^^
Edit: Oops. I read that wrong. I thought you said the one on the far right has the eyes too far apart.
Yeah. I'll need to fix them. The right eye is probably too far off-center.

Yeah, I did say that at first, but then I tried to be sneaky and change it because after staring long enough I started to see it in some of the others like #3. It's really only noticible if you try to look at the eyes in the context of the mouth & nose position. The rightmost one just sorta brought it to my attention I guess.

Mkay, I think this is better, yes? It's two pixels in, except for the first one, which is only one.

Well, maybe not too much. Having the eye moved further in adds a need for a few other minor changes...

With all due respect, I HATE YOU. I heard (read?) someone mentioning Year 8.

 

I know that there were at least 2 releases. In one of them, you could only get past omega. After that there was the tower in the second one.

 

I assume... this wasn't intended to be for the "so-so" skill-level gamers. x_x

Also, I dunno if anyone's said this, but the map for the Sunken Ruins is so big that it exceeds the screen and won't show up. And WHERE ARE THE SAVES IN THAT PLACE?! D:

Is anyone else haveing trouble with the download link? the file says it's 1.73 MB but it contains 5 files and totaling about 50 KB. Anyone know why this is?

It's one, regular, .rar file. Cave Story is just a small game.

 

I used WinZip instead of Power Archiver 2000 - problem solved. Sorry for waisting space.

 

The mod looks interesting so I tried downloading it.

... What are you supposed to do? I assume CS is cave story, so I just pasted it in the main cave story file -- it came as one 1.73 MB unopenable file. Obviously that didn't work out, which is why I'm posting here ... help please?
