It would take like five or six months to save up that sort of cash. With a good job. Given the fact that the money you earn doesn't have to be spent on food, water, and shelter.

 

I'm sure you could book a flight on a UPS plane-barge or something.

Kind of the opposite side of the continent from Massachusetts. Lucky for you, a train ticket from here to Toronto should only cost a few hundred dollars!
