I actually thought the surveys quite interesting.
It's plagued by that single-language thing though. Of course most people said they live in North America. It was an English-only survey, and (if I understand this correctly) focused on English fursuiting, while anywhere that speaks another language would be much more comfortable using that language. Which rules out most of Europe. So we get a rough demographic of English-speakers. Plus, cultural differences exist. I doubt that a Japanese furry is going to identify as one, as anthro art is more mainstream. I'm actually certain I'm wrong somewhere in this criticism, but whatever. It would have been interesting to see the continent demographics compared to one purely of english speakers in the world, to see rough english-speaker to english-speaking-furry ratios. Then we could see which continents tend to breed more furries per capita or something. I was not surprised at the demographics of age, as compared to Rust's survey. Is plushophile the same as fursuiting?
See? See the rant? This is why I don't talk about things.
