Um, he's writing it in Basic. SP doesn't on a Mac.
And it looks pretty dead to me... just like all of SP's other projects
Looks pretty dead to you? Don't you expect developers to hold on their project for some time? You're completely wrong.

Im sorry for my lack of knowledge but what does it mean by sleeping?
does it mean they're going to go back to it later?

After you sleep for a while, don't you wake up?

I think that pretty much explains it.

I'm not even sure if anyone's made a Mac editor yet, though I'm not the one who'd know. Maybe you should ask around, or make a thread about it.

SP is supposedly working on Sue's Workshop now.

I don't think he visits these forums as often

It cannot be and it will not be. I have heard that in order to make an editor for Mac, you'd need to reverse engineer the game. Which is possible, but is anyone going to put in that much work for a Mac? Mac mods would be incompatible with PC mods, and vice versa, so it's a lot of work with little reward. Because, honestly, Macs.

I own a Mac. I'm allowed to dislike it.
Anyway, Mac mods have now been made. I don't think anyone's working on an editor, because all they did was convert PC mods to Mac through extensive hacking.

Everyone intensely dislikes the operating system that they use. This is because all operating systems secretly suck, but only the users of any given operating system are fully aware of its suckiness.

lol no.
If you open the CS Mac .app, it's virtually identical to CS for windows. The only thing really different it the executable.
You just need to renumber some map data, replace .tsc files with the hacked TSC files and BAM
mod.

Hardly extensive, but it does take time.
Another thanks to andwhy for porting it all!

Only? You know that it's totally different from the PC exe? And that's actually the major problem and the reason why noone looked it up yet.

It's not easy as that. Assembly hacks can't be ported easily.
And renumber some map data isn't easy too without any notes. (And we don't have any notes about the mac executable)

Why are you lecturing him on porting mods to Mac when he's done it?
