In one of the credit scenes (original cavestory), it shows that booster visits Jenka. And let's face it, he didn't go there for a pot filled with life.

Haven't had a chance to play the new release, but I am looking forward to it. Btw are you planning on adding new music to the mod? Maybe you did in the new release, but (like I said) I haven't had a chance to play it.

In fact, unreleased Surface Complex map is basically MADE of lift blocks.
(Unreleased because of a TSC nightmare... Will have to fix it someday.)

Alright, I've finished this version of LMAP.

Although many changes were minor, the entire mod felt a lot smoother than my first playthrough just because of those changes. Quite a nice job.

Oh yes, and I did enjoy watching the entirety of the credits without having a C++ debug window/thing pop up in my face.

I actually quite like the story and the antics going on here, even with the wordiness of Lowell. I just hope part 2 involves a new weapon with longer range, since it's annoying to basically be in the enemy's face to hit them.

Indeed. However the Void Star in this mod (which I am assuming i downloaded the most recent incarnation of the demo, having done so merely two days ago), has nothing near the same range. At the very least in my playthrough.

It's the exact same as the Polar Star, but different graphics, if I remember correctly. Level 1 has shitty range, but level 2/3 have good range.

Not anymore, I modified a lot of simple stats.
If I recall correctly, it should do more damage than the original, but in smaller 'chunks', when a bullet collides it hits several times for low damage. {Also allowing it to not do full damage if you don't strike dead on}
The projectiles have a slower speed, thus reducing the range, as well.

Also a large obstacle(s) in the way that's caused me to drop it off and on.
