I believe EST is GMT-4 which means 7 would be 11 PM for woodenrat
Or maybe it's -5, which would mean midnight.

7PM EST is 2 AM here, probably. If you could lower it to 5 or 6 PM it would be perfect though!

Also it would be convinient if we just used GMT+/- instead of PM something.

EDIT: Please, PLEASE just use GMT it's so much easier since it literally TELLS you how much time you have to add/subtract

Twenty-first, twenty-second, I don't care particularly. One thinks that if it was on a saturday then it might be easier to arrange earlier times, but that's assuming all people do the same thing on the weekends that I do (sleep)
